My Latin Kitchen

German engineering, Latin sazón. The TM7 does the chopping, weighing and stirring, and the flavor comes from Puerto Rico and the Latin kitchens I love.

Mi gente, this is the heart of Sweet Sofrito. I grew up in Puerto Rico surrounded by great cooks, and these are the flavors I always wished I could make: sofrito, adobo, arroz con gandules, pasteles, flan. Now I cook them, and the dishes of our neighbors too, from Mexico to Argentina.
