Welcome
Sweet Sofrito (sweetsofrito.com) is run by Wanda Oyola, a home cook and Thermomix® Independent Consultant. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Recipes and content
The recipes, text, photos and videos on this site are mine unless I say otherwise. You are welcome to cook them, print them for your own kitchen and share a link. Please do not copy whole recipes, photos or videos to another website, book or social account without my written permission.
Cook with care
My recipes are written by a home cook, not a chef, nutritionist or doctor. Times, temperatures and results change with your ingredients and equipment, so watch your food and use your judgment. Check every ingredient for allergies, follow safe food handling and keep an eye on children in the kitchen. Recipes marked "Recipe in testing" are still being tested in my kitchen. Any health or nutrition note is general information, not medical advice.
Your account and comments
You can create a free account to save favorites and leave comments. You must be 13 or older, use a real email address and keep your sign-in to yourself. Comments show only after I read them. I may decline or remove any comment, and close an account used to spam or hurt others. Please keep comments kind and on topic, and share only what is yours to share.
Private classes
Private cooking classes are arranged directly with me. The date, menu, group size and any cost are agreed with you before the class.
Thermomix® and purchases
I am an independent consultant, not an employee of Vorwerk. Thermomix®, TM7™ and Cookidoo® are trademarks of Vorwerk. Every Thermomix® purchase is made on the official Thermomix® eShop, under its own terms, prices and warranty. When you buy through my link, I earn a commission. My opinions about the TM7™ are my own.
Newsletter
If you sign up for my newsletter, I will email you new recipes and tips. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. The Privacy page explains how your information is handled.
Links to other sites
Some pages link to other websites, like YouTube or the Thermomix® eShop. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content or practices.
No guarantees
I do my best to keep the site accurate and working, but it is offered as it is, without guarantees. As far as the law allows, I am not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using the site or its recipes.
Changes
I may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version, and using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
